Custom knowledge base for a ~50-member milsim unit. Converted PDF-based SOPs into a fully searchable system with AI Q&A, document drafting, consistency checker, revision tracking with AI diff summaries, read acknowledgment compliance, and per-person role-based access.

Command dashboard built in Twig/CSS/JS within a page builder with no filesystem access. Includes classification header, strength metrics, org chart, promotion pipeline, AWOL tracking, personnel panels, leaderboard, and a 29-qualification tracker — all custom sort logic in a single IIFE.
